Jason's multi-faceted experience in project engineering, team building, architecture, full lifecycle management, security assessment, and technical cost scoping, will be invaluable in ensuring that your data priorities are aligned with the needs of your staff and mission.

Marie is an expert facilitator and coordinator with experience working with local, regional, national, and international stakeholders. She has worked with executive directors, scientists, faith leaders, labor union representatives, health professionals, youth activists, academics, and frontline leaders, fostering increased impact and collaboration. A proven relational network manager, strategic team player, and leadership coach, Marie has played a pivotal role in the implementation of strategic plans, recruiting, and capacity building within organizations. These skills, which focus on democracy, global solidarity, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion, were instrumental in doubling the impact of a network of 190+ diverse organizations.

Nikki is a skilled project manager and contract specialist dedicated to helping nonprofits build strong, sustainable operations. She streamlines processes to maximize efficiency and impact. Nikki’s strengths in data management, policy creation, and negotiation help organizations navigate complex operational challenges with clarity and confidence. Known for his calm presence and methodical approach, Mark has a knack for creating smooth, effective processes that support both people and mission. He holds a master’s degree in Health Physics, a field that blends scientific analysis with practical decision-making—skills he brings to Ardani through steady leadership, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to supporting meaningful work.

Born and raised in the nonprofit world, Ashley grew up watching firsthand the impact that mission-driven work can have on individuals and communities. Her mother founded a nonprofit before she and her sister were born, giving Ashley a lifelong appreciation for organizations built on service, heart, and human connection. With a degree in General Business from Regent University and eight years as a small-business owner, Ashley understands the challenges and rewards of supporting people, managing details, and keeping an organization running smoothly. She is passionate about connecting with others, solving problems with care, and taking pride in a job done exceptionally well.
