UnitedHealthcare’s wellness rewards program encourages members to actively engage with their health plan through the UHC app.


Participants can earn rewards for activities such as:

  • Completing preventive care

  • Engaging with care navigation tools

  • Reviewing cost transparency tools before procedures


Dependents can participate as well, which means rewards can compound at the household level.

If you’re covered under a UnitedHealthcare plan:

  4. Connect your wearable device (if applicable).

  5. Review the list of eligible activities and begin tracking.
